NDIS Modifications 

Magna Construction Services are NDIS approved providers for home modifications and building works, we offer a full project assistance and management incorporating a CAD design service, from sketches to council ready drawings, as well as consultant coordination (structural, surveying and energy rating) and finally council applications for building permits.

We liaise with your NDIS funding source and Local Area Co-ordiantor to ensure your needs and preferences are met. 

We undertake to the required Australian Building Standards all required, necessary or personalised SDA modification works from passageway/entrance and door way modifications, to kitchens and bathrooms to full specifically designed fit for purpose new builds.
